Immunized items not covered

With each subsequent scan I see problems listed that are all in the Imminized Group. These problems began about a week ago.

I currently noted an ERROR PANEL on the desktop at each startup. The panel reads at heading "X Windows-No Disk" and message "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c".

This is the Spy-Bot program running on XP on a Dell 3000.
