internet slow

pop ups, computer hangs,vundo,secdrop, chisnye, ma!generic
my computer hangs and the screen goes blank for a couple a seconds like its refreshing the desktop and i get pop ups i just switched my power supply with a 400 watt to a 350 watt because my comp would not turn on all the time i was doing the internet scan but it said ie encountered a problem... -
