Windows Vista problem.

I'm not sure whats going on.
Okay, so my desktop has been running kinda laggy as of late, and I'm not liking it. Its not like there are big lag moments, its just little pings of lag that are so annoying. I'm not quite sure what this is.
Okay, so I managed to get a virus this past week, though I don't know how considering I was gone for a few weeks. I have the sneaking suspicion that my kids were using my desktop while I was gone. Whats done is done though so here I am, asking for help. I have the HJT log and Malwarebyte's log...
