    Recently upgradad to SB 2.4

    I have near constant On Access Dialog "Scanning iexplore.exe". I am afraid to Hide alert because it or future dialogs may be real, but I can not find any information regarding On Access Dialog. Any guidance?

    Update function corrupted or disabled?

    Daily I go to Update, press update, file retrieved, updates installed, yet I am told my signatures have not been updated for 9 days? Now Windows action center is warning me about failing to update? I have tried updating several times and am at wits end.

    Can i undo White Files?

    My IE 8 just crashed. My PC is three weeks old and I am scanning daily, Immunized regularly and yet my response times are increasing as our non-responsive events. I am not an expert but I can only conclude that my White Files contain an infection?
