Problems with spybote.exe and Antivirus

Hello!
I have some problems with my spybot.exe file and my antivirus.
A few days ago I noticed that AVAST was not working, I tried AVG but I had problems with IE, many pages couldn’t be displayed.
After uninstalling AVG I can’t install any other antivirus.
I tried AVAST and AVG again, Panda, Kaspersky, Nod 32 and… nothing. The .exe file was missing.
The same with Spybot.exe, the file is missing. I downloaded hijackthis and run a check.

Please run a GMER Rootkit scan:

Download GMER's application from here:
http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

Unzip it and start the GMER.exe
Click the Rootkit tab and click the Scan button.

Once done, click the Copy button.
This will copy the results to your clipboard.
Paste the results in your next reply.

Warning ! Please, do not select the "Show all" checkbox during the scan.

Thank you very much for the response!
After posting the message I took the following steps:
Run msconfig -> Startup -> Deleted an unknown item
After that I was able to install AVAST and scan my computer for viruses.
The virus or one of the viruses is win32:Beagle.
I was also able to install spybot. Some spyware where detected, fixed the problems and on my next scan no immediate threats were found.
But I have a windows security alert.

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Now click on Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    • Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
    • Scan Archives
      Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:
    • Select My Computer
  • This will program will start and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
    • Now click on the Save as Text button:
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post along with a fresh HijackThis log

Create a new folder for HijackThis and move HijackThis.exe into it.

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to your desktop.
Do NOT run yet.

Make your hidden files visible:
  • Go to My Computer
  • Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options
  • Click the View tab.
  • Checkmark the "Display the contents of system folders"
  • Under the Hidden files and folders select "Show hidden files and folders"
  • Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"

Run a scan with Dr.Web CureIt
  • Doubleclick the drweb-cureit.exe file and Allow to run the express scan
  • This will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it. This is only a short scan.
  • Once the short scan has finished, you should now mark the drives that you want to scan.
  • Select all drives. A red dot shows which drives have been chosen.
  • Click the green arrow at the right, and the scan will start.
  • Click 'Yes to all' if it asks if you want to cure/move the file.
  • When the scan has finished, look if you can click next icon next to the files found
    check.gif
  • If so, click it and then click the next icon right below and select Move incurable
  • After the scan, in the menu, click file and choose save report list
  • Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
  • Close Dr.Web Cureit.
  • Reboot the computer in Normal Mode,
  • Post the Cure-it report and a fresh HijackThis log

I did all the steps you recommended but I can not restart my computer to the safe mode. I tried many times but it prompts me to restart windows normally...

I did all the steps. The first two files (hldrrr.exe & wintems.exe) were not found. The third one I had already deleted it.
I found the hidires file and deleted it.
The ATF Cleaner worked. The Dr. Web CureIt didn’t found any virus and it didn’t gave me the option to save a report list.

Interesting Gmer results

Pleas try to run GMER scan in safe mode and save the log.

Also please run Blacklight in normal mode

Download F-Secure Blacklight and save it to your desktop.

Doubleclick blbeta.exe, accept the agreement, click Scan, then click Next

You'll see a list what have been found. A log will appear to your desktop, it is named fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (xxxxxxx will be random numbers).

DON'T choose Rename if something was found!

Post the contents of fsbl.xxxx.log to here (blacklight log from your desktop)

  • Click on "Open the Misc Tools Section"
  • Check the following boxes to the right of "Generate StartupList Log":
    • List also minor sections (Full)
    • List empty sections (Complete)
  • Click "Generate StartupListLog"

Hi again, sorry for the delay

Open Notepad and copy the following lines into a new document:
@echo off
sc stop m_hook
sc delete m_hook
Click to expand...

Save the document to your desktop as Remove.bat and filetype: All Files
Go to your desktop and run the file Remove.bat and allow to run it if prompted

  • Download avz4en.zip
  • Unzip it to a folder on your desktop
  • Double click on AVZ.exe
  • Click on the file tab and then click on System recovery.
  • Put a checkmark next to Restore SafeBoot registry keys.
  • Click on Execute selected operations.
Now try if you can start the computer in safe mode. Run GMER in safe mode if possible and post the log to here.
 
Hello!!
I was able to start windows in safe mode but the GMER.exe doesn’t give me the option to run a scan.:cool:
