computer very slow

ok I have a prob that I am hoping you can help me with and I just do not know where to start I got S&D log and a kaspersky log do not seam to have MAL ware but I seam to still have some probs. it is slowing and everywhere I go I must click the link like 4 times. kaspersky says I'm infested but...
