I want to attach my logs: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and aswMBR, but the infection is so bad that when I click on the attachment icon a pop-up appears that redirects to their page and makes it impossible to use the attachment icon.

Ran and installed ERUNT as directed DDS does not produce text file. When I click on it I just get a message that DDS is already running.

I did not want it this software. It came bundled with scanner software and I found simply uninstalling it through add/remove programs does not get ride of it. Any help would be most appreciated.

I followed the instructions as provided under the Sticky thread for this post title. I still keep getting the same "problems" when I run Spybot, even though I've run as administrator and "fixed" the problems previously identified. Any additional help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Why does Right Media keep reappearing in the scan after I remove it? Spy Bot says it's been removed, but the next time I scan again it still comes up as a "problem."

I now have a connection speed worse than dial-up ever hoped to be. Plus it takes a good 15 minutes for my computer to boot, as well as close. The only way I could get my computer to work again was to uninstall Spybot. Please help me remedy this. I've used Spybot for years and want to continue...
