Thanks for your report. Especially the part about it behaving differently on different screens, that will help us to find it. I could reproduce it - it also shows the correct setting if hovering.

When you click the name of each immunizer, it will show more details about what it is for. As for the manual, I found an outdated one, I'll take this as a feature request for better documentation :)

With this UI, I listened to the designers that helped us. Because we wanted simplicity. I'm a fan for flexible windows, and I myself change the height quite often. We'll check if at least remembering the window height is an option :)
