Welcome to the forum, it appears your post was overlooked and you must have missed this this topic:
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=1137 Since I see no required online anti-virus scan, it would appear you missed these instructions also:
"BEFORE you POST" Mandatory Steps Before Requesting Assistance
    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

It does not mean something could not be there, but I do not see malware in the HJT log. I do see what appears to be multiple antivirus programs running and this will certainly cause issues, see this:
    http://www.smartcomputing.com/editor...8s07/38s07.asp
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...00031316555206
"Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer."
    http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...120300087.html

    C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate\ALUSchedulerSvc.exe
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe
Symantic is also running from several places in your servics (023)

    C:\Program Files\CA\eTrust Internet Security Suite\CA Personal Firewall\capfsem.exe
I also see this AV program and it appears to also provide you a firewall, and I see this:
    O20 - AppInit_DLLs: firewall\wl_hook.dll firewall\wl_hook.dll firewall\wl_hook.dll
    which is: http://www.agnitum.com/
I am not sure if it is associated with CA or not, but I can tell you that you should be running only one firewall, and that includes turning off the Windows SP2 firewall if you run a third party.

These are the types of things that can cause issues like you are having. Once you have resolved them, if you still have issues, please follow the instructions, post the required information along with a new HJT log and as much information about the problem as you can including any error messager you are receiving word for word.

    Thanks
