    Default How can a false positive be removed from the database?

    Hi,

    several of our customers complained to us that SpyBot prevents them from getting access to their members area at our link cloaking and list building site called ViralURL.com.

    What do we need to do to get the ban of our domain name removed?

    Please rest assured that our site has nothing to do with computer viruses, spyware or anything else harmful to either SpyBot users or our customers.
