    Unhappy Infected w/Trojan or Spyware

    Infected w/Trojan or Spyware

    Hi forumsters, how're you doing?

It seems that my computer has been infected with a spyware/trojan/virus similar to Virut or Reader:s for what I can tell, but anyways, I'll leave that to the experts.

I've already ran the Spybot and it found some viruses of wich it took rid of, but my internet is still going slow (there are other computers on my house, though not connected between themselves but to the modem directly, and this is the only one who's getting a slow response) and weird stuff keeps appearing on the Startup, Font folder and that stuff, so I assume I'm still infected, here's my HJT log:

    Hi raberto

You are indeed infected by Virut.

That is a nasty infection as it can't be cured as it corrupts files.

Solution is reformat and reinstall (and backup from clean image if you have one).

If you need any help, let me know.
