Subject Problem: 2My Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk
Dear Spybot Team,
Shaba has been patiently attempting to get the Kaspersky log and the HighJackThis log from me.
First on Sunday, 27/04/08, I tried to copy and paste those two logs within a normal reply-format.
But that was prevented because of their combined size.
I immediately (on that same date) sent another unaccompanied email to say I was having problems.
On Monday, 28/04/08, Shaba posted to me this following message:
“Hi, You can use sendspace (http://"http://www.sendspace.com) for uploading of those.”
As soon as I had read his response, I went to that ‘sendspace’ address and sent the two logs via the Reply link address ( “http://forums.spybot.info/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=186695” ) at the bottom of Shaba’s posting—with the title “From bradford28”.
Unfortunately for me, struggling old thing that I am, sending the logs to that address must have been another one of my mistakes; as I keep failing to comprehend the processes in your Forum. I thought it was the correct address--because at the end of it was the familiar number, 186695.
Shaba has just posted this frustrated message: “Due to the lack of feedback this Topic is closed”.
I believe that starting another “thread” is what has been recommended; so that’s also why I’ve re-titled this request for assistance as 2My Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk.
But because I do not know the correct procedure, I can’t send my two log reports until I know where to send them.
Please forgive me for being so dense!
