about:blank removal

I have ABOUT:BLANK virus on both my PC and LAPTOP. How can I remove it. Spybot does not remove it.

Soy bot didn't flag about:blank. It has taken over my home page. Changing my default home page back to yahoo in internet options has no effect. About:back keeps coming back

I have
spy bot av 2.4, search results cleaner verson 2.4.40.110 and also use winpatrol plus.
Windows 8.1
signatures updated 2-23
anti spyware updated 2-23
anti virus updated 2-23
ran full scan 2-23 and did not see any flags for about:blank
did not see any info in any logs that had to do with antivirus.

So that someone can take a look at the system please start a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum where a volunteer analyst will advise.

First see that forum's FAQ which also includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.

Post the logs for one machine only please but inform that you have a second one that you'll need help with.

The logs must be posted in the malware forum so that a volunteer analyst can assist.
