Access Violation message with Win2k & XP

I am seeing the following error messages on several machines of mine when shutting down windows.

1) Access violation at address xxxxxxx in module "TeaTimer.exe". Read of address xxxxxxx

2) Access violation at address xxxxxxx. Write of address xxxxxxx

Anybody able to assist in removing this problem? (I am running the latest 1.5.2 (Feb 2008 downloads) version
