Accidentally quarantined an application... Help!!!

Hello

So I've accidently quarantined and app, I have tried to restore I but it doesn't work. I've looked in program data and in the Spybot folder and quarantinetine... I see the application zipped up, I've tried going and unzipping it's asking for a password... What shall that app has some important data of mine which I need desperately
