Address has been blocked

Hello.

For some days, my security software Eset Smart Security 4.0.417.0 give me continuously the following message:

"ESET SMART SECURITY
Address has been blocked
URL address:
lkckclckli1i.com/zK12S7gp893
IP address:
62.122.75.136:80"

This is only an example, URL and IP are changing each time.
I have tryed scanning in safe mode with Eset, MBAM and Spybot S&D, but.... no result.
Please help me.

If you would like someone to take a look at the system please see this FAQ "BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) which also includes instructions on posting a preliminary DDS log.

Then start a new topic and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
