Administrator rights

I just recently installed Spybot S & D on my new computer with Windows Vista. And is telling me I need administrator rights. I only have one user on the computer and that is the administrator profile. I even created a new user with administrative rights and still had the same issue. Any help woudl be greatly appreciated.
