Adware and spyware...too many and they are scaring me =/

Hey you guys. I've been infected with an adware/spyware, and basically have no idea how to remove it. It keeps giving me popups from places such as "www.browserbuyout-s.com/muon" or something of the sort.

I don't really know what a log is or anything, so if anyone could explain how I should go about with this I would seriously appreciate it. Thank you!
