After Scan Items Shown

I have completed a scan with all updates from this Friday past, and after the scan I get the following message: Congratulations:No Immediate Threats Were Found.
Now under this in GREEN are the following: Cache-Cookie-Internet Explorer- Log-MS Direct Draw. Now what do I do with these items? Do I place a check in each box and do away with or keep?

It's up to you whether you remove them or not,it removes things like cookies,logs,etc.If you did want to remove them,you'd put a check beside any one you want to remove.
