Already ignored spyware?

Uhh I never clicked these, are these on by default? I'm using latest version with updates. Have I got spyware? Should I untick these? WinXP SP2.

Well I can tell you that the hotbar item on the list IS spyware.

To moldybagel23:I don't have anything to do with what is considered a PUP.
Those things are decided by Team Spybot.(I believe)
If you have a difference of opinion,you'd have to take it up with one of them.
