am i infected by malware??

i installed spyboy and every starp up it alert me that registry is changing rundll32.exe blah blah blah.i checked the task manager and found that there are 3 rundll32.exe running.dont know what to do.i think those rundll.exe are malware.cause every startup its changing the registry.help please.
