annoying browser redirect

i have no idea what this is but my browser keeps opening a new tab and going to this link.

could you tell me what this is and I'm using Firefox latest version. thanks in advance for any help.
 
You've probably got spyware installed. firefox or no firefox..
Could be regular software that's forcing it to open, i'd be surprised though.
