another fool with Virtumonde and Smitfraud-C issues, please help

I am infected with malware programs: Virtumonde.sci, Virtumonde, Virtumonde.generic, and Smitfraud-C (as detected by SpyBot). When Windows starts, I also get a security alert warning me that active updates has been turned off. I am also getting many popups and attempted installations.

It is very obvious from the hundreds of posts that this virtumonde virus is running mad right now. It is also obvious that your services are extremely heavily taxed right now. As a result, I just paid for a cleanup/removal service. Happy holidays to you guys and thanks for providing such great, free service.
