Hi there! I am not very good with computers and do not know what to do with this. My problem was this one line of protection bar on the internet explorer that can't be removed no matter what. Then one of my friends referred me to this forum and found the thread (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=4015) to remove them. It works!! (A million hanks to you all!! 
) :bigthumb: Now after I've done everything that has been clearly defined in the steps, I'm just wondering, could someone please take a quick look at the log that I've saved just to see if there's still anything wrong with it because I don't understand any of it.. :sad: There's no more of that protection bar line though, so I think it's safe. I just want to have a second opinion that confirms that from someone who knows something about stuffs like this. Oh btw, my computer is a windows xp sp2. Thank you in advance.
