Hi people, I am a member of a forum and now when I try going to that site it comes up with:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

I have searched google for a solution but the answers seem to be for people who actualy run the server, I am just a member on there and have nothing to do with running the site at all.
I don't even know what Apache is realy only that its a common name for public servers? Is it some kind of programe?
Also while I'm looking for help I keep getting spybot finding a Right Media tracker cookie, I fix it but every time I restart its back again (this has nothing to do with the main post).
