Hi

Apologise for the delay in responding but I was away with no access to my laptop. Shelf Life was assisting me with removal of malware. Unfortunately after the malware was removed I developed a problem with BSOD.
It was recommended thay I download TDSSKiller and post the results. The results are in the next post as I could not fit them into this message.

I hope someone can help.

Hello geeky,

Please try sending shelf life a PM and requesting your topic be re-opened. :)

Otherwise you will need to start a new topic without any log other than fresh DDS and aswMBR logs.
