AVSystemcare - how do I get rid of it

Hi

I have a pop up that is advising I have potential spyware (see attachment). It appears to indicate AVSystemcare.

When trying to access control panel I am also unable to do so with a pop up saying " operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. PLease contact systems adminsitrator"
I am using a home computer not linked to anyone else.

Appear to have a problem and with the pop up appearing want to get this removed. Popup will not let me close via the X in top right hand corner and I have to use the No option.

Any information on what to do greatfully recieved.
