Backdoor:Win32/Finlosky.A <-> googleupdate.exe

Hello

Since several days i have the same message svhost in quartantine because Backdoor:Win32/Finlosky.A is detected by Microsoft security essential. (Cf. http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?name=Backdoor%3aWin32%2fFynloski.A&threatid=2147640184 )

Always i open my windows7 64bits, i have the same message. I scan full with SaferNetworking Spybot Beta 2 2.0.4.131 but he didn't detect this malware or trojan.

Is it a true googlesoftware or a wrong ? How can i delete this ?

Can we help me please ?

And, when or where can i have a traduction in french for spybot?

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which also includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary "DDS" logs used for analysis.
"BEFORE You POST"(Please read this Procedure Before Requesting Assistance)

Then start a new topic providing the logs requested and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
