Bad sumcheck

Hi, I have been getting bad checksum error since the 14th for my detection rules. I have tried every server. I also have downloaded the rules manually but I get an nsis error
 
no one has a solution? I think it may be a virus but I can not install anything to get rid of it and nothing will update. I have downloaded programs from another computer and put them on a usb flash but its a no go still corrupted files.

What happens when you try to install other programs,do you get the same error?Any error messages when you try to update other programs?
How is your computer acting besides the above problems,anything else unusual happening?

Then try downloading the manual updates once again from this direct download link,see how it goes:
