Bad URL Blocker settings

Bad URL Blocker is giving me serious carpal tunnel and generally making my life miserable. Since I downloaded the newest version, it pops up far more than the popups ever did. I wanted to block them silently like before, but why do I get no drop-down list of choices like it says in the Help file?
Thanks much for any help...
 
Okay, I got it now. I don't know where I read it but I thought it said the settings in Spybot.

Anyway you saved me a lot of grief - great to have this resolved so quickly.
