I've been seeing a lot of discussion about this "BartPE" disc. All that I know is that it's more like loading Windows normally, but on a disc. This is the solution for Windows to remove spyware, viruses, and rootkits.

Question would be:
~What does it really do besides my short description above.
~How do I create it.
