I have CCleaner on two BootCD's that I got from a friend for virus removal.

Unfortunately, Spybot only scans the registry hive for the host registry. Is there a way to load a remote hive? How can I scan the infected computer from the BootCD?

My apologies that no one else from the team has replied here yet.
I'll put forum attendance on the agenda of tomorrows team meeting :)

Spybot is absolutely capable of scanning these registry hives; as long as MS did license Windows PE, we had our own official CD. You need to run it with the /allhives parameter, in which case it will auto-detect installations on all available drives.
