Brave sentry

Please advise on removal of brave sentry, which has taken over my grandaughters computer.
So far I have removed Brave Sentry, through add\remove function in Windows, and it is in recycle bin.
I have installed Hijack-this and have a log file.
I also have installed setup programs for Spybot, AVG,Smitfraud,ATFcleaner, I have not finished installing them.
I installed these programs from downloads copied to disk from another computer, the infected computer has to be run in safe mode in order to proceed with anything, and it has been manually disconnected from modem.
