Browser Redirect...all 3 browsers

Now it seems that whatever I have running in the background is re-directing any Google search I do in all three of my browsers: IE8, Firefox, & now with Chrome.

My log from Spybot is posted under the post "Audio Visual Virus bad"

My system is not letting me run a DDS log...it freezes.
