Browser Redirect Virus

I've got that browser redirect virus. Running XP on a month old box. tried all the recommended anti-virus programs with no success. Read about Gmer and here's the log:

No this is not a game, if you wish to be assisted in this forum please take the time to read the FAQ which contains the procedure to request it and this forum's rules.

Once you have done that please produce a HJT log and copy paste it into a new topic.

Also we will need to know if this is a personal computer. You linked to atlantapoliceunion.org.
