Browser Redirecting

I've run many scans with various things and still can't stop being redirected to a car sales sites, etc. How should I start on fixing this problem? Thanks.

Some sites (Youtube, Google, etc) have lately started recognising me as being in the Netherlands when I'm in the UK, don't know if this is linked or not.
