Buffer Overrun Error Please help me

I keep getting the Buffer Overrun Detected!
Program C:\\Program files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.EXE
A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the programs internatstate. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.

Here is my hijackthis log file.
any help.
I can not get on certain websites. Housecall finds this but cant delete it. PC tools doesnt find anything.

Hello Jacqui, welcome to the forum. You need to know that everything that can cause a problem is not always malware. The first thing you want to do with an error message is Google it: http://www.google.com/
to get an answer you must enter the information exactly "word for word" as windows gives it to you. For instance, since I am not sure you gave the message exactly, I tried:

Have a look, you should be able to figure out what is causing the error message from that, if not, then google the error message you are receiving. Even though I do not see any malware in the HJT log, I do see this:
You are running in MSConfig (System Configuration Utility) in Selective Startup mode so I have no way of knowing if malware is present and simply turned off in MSConfig. If you post again, post a new HJT log with MSConfig in Normal Mode.
