Can any one access the comp?

If I run an up to date SpyBot S&D and it says the system is fine and has no problems. Does this mean that people can't get details and find out information from my comp? thanks

Brief answer and by no means complete.

At a minimum you also need to:

• Limit physical access to your system.
• Have a firewall to prevent access to your system.

In addition it is wise to run more than one anti-spyware scanner since it is unlikely that a single anti-spyware will pick up all threats.
