Can not start spybot!!!! Please!!

PLEASE FOR HELP!!!
"Spybot have encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. ..."
Once before I was getting this with Skype, Mozilla and other programs and then I was told to install Spybot. I did. Scanned and removed the found malware and the problem was fixed. Since then, I started using SSD and it worked fine.
BUT NOW I CAN NOT START SPYBOT TOO!!! I TRYED REINSTALLING, EVEN DOWNLOADING IT AGAIN- IT DIDN'T WORKED.

Your machine is infected. Follow the directions below and start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forums:
Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:__
Rename the default Spybot desktop icon to another name, it should work. It seems that the malware that has infected your machine has a component disabling the start of anti-spyware programs.
