Cannot dowload anything!

i need urgent help!

i have been trying to download security for the last few weeks but everytime i get to the end of the download it always crashes and says that i have a mising component

it also crashes when i download the new google earth

my coomputer is up to date with the new windows and is only about 5 months old

if anyone has had similiar problems or knows how to fix it please replie ASAP

Are you speaking of "any" security program or Spybot-S&D.

What is the operating system and which security programs are already installed?

i am trying to download F secure through talk talk
and i already have AVG installed which doesnt seem to be working
