Cannot Install versoin 1.6

I cannot install version 1.6 on my cpu b/c I'm not an administrator.

I have version 1.4 of Spybot S&D...

I also restarted my cpu in safe Mode & still couldn't remove the "HUPIGON13" entry.

Any suggestions on how to remove this?
