Cannot view hiden files; Windows 7

I had a problem a few days ago-->
I installed SpyBot SD, and things were normal, now again the problem is back.
I have some important files hidden, and i am unable to access them normally, i need to search them all the time to access them.
Please help me out!

"click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK."

Your screen shot shows it as unchecked.

Yes, the thing is, if i check any one of the options, it reverts back to the screen shot condition. And the files remain hidden.

Hello,

So you did the following and then it reverted?

• Select Show hidden files, folders, and drives
• Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.
• Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

• Click the Apply button and then the OK button.
