Can't access spybot support page

I have spent more than an hour trying to send an email to Support but the RECAPTCHA feature is broken. It keeps repeating itself, gives me "can't contact RECAPTCHA" messages and there was a problem with your submission, the RECAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly, go back and try it again. I've given up on going in circles, can someone else make contact with Support and get them to fix this?

I just tried a RECAPTCHA which was working, in order to locate any current problem could you provide a link to the page you were using please. :)
