Cant finish my immunize

Its been a week that i cant finish my immunize.. I hav used the latest S&D but still cant.. It stuck about 20%..

Which browser do you use?
Do you have the browser closed while immunizing?
Do you have admin rights?

hello,

i used firefox 3 and i do close all my browser before starting S&D.. But it still stuck 20%.. Under default pop-up category.. I had tried used immunize in safe mode too.. But the result still same.. :sad:
