cant get rid of ZenoSearch SD fixes but its there on next boot

I run SD and it always comes up with ZenoSearch

This is what it shows:

ZenoSearch: [SBI $7E6E3149] Text file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msnav32.ax

I fix it but on next reboot its there again...

Help....

You posted without the required HijackThis log. Did you run Spybot in safe mode and run the Kaspersky Online Scanner?
