Can't get this off of my computer

Hello,
Hope I am in the right section of the forum. Not sure.
I keep running the spybot program and there is one thing it will not fix for me. It is named: PWS.LDPinchlE
It says it is a directory.

Can someone please help me to get rid of this? My computer is not happy.
