Can't open My Computer, IE, or Control Panel - Please help

Hi, thanks. Yes I only have 1 hard drive. So u think it might be failing?

Interestingly last night I booted the Pc up in safe mode and chose the admin account (not the user account with admin priviledges) and was able to launch my computer, the control panel, and ie. I thought my problems might have been solved but when I restarted regualarly same issue :sad:

I'm not sure if it's really failing or just hardware errors, as I've mentioned. I'm not skilled at this sort of things.

All I can suggest is, to be on the safe side, that you backup all your important stuffs. If it crashes beyond repair, you may not be able to recover them.
