Cavitern opening again and again

I had a virus problem 2 days back, so I formatted my windows drive, and installed XP again. My PC was only with Windows Firewall for a day, today I installed ESET Smart Security. Now, I have a malware/spyware I think.

A website called "cavitern.com" is periodically opening. Also, I cannot search Google and Yahoo. I cannot open yahoo answers. Please help...

I have done a full scan with ESS, and Ad-Aware, nothing has been returned.
