there has ben a false postive report here http://www.xfire.com/xf/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=216114 it be nice if you could check it out and get it fixed the dev of the app also say it not spyware

Thank you for reporting this issue, however this does not look like a false positive.
Under no circumstances should there be an executive file in the recycler folder being allowed to act as a server and bypass the Windows firewall.

What Spybot S&D is detecting here is not a file but the setting in the Windows firewall to allow that file to act as a server through the Windows firewall.
