Change to Startup entries in Registry not noted

The thing I used S&D 1.6 for the most, was its ability to warn for startup entries in the registry being changed, deleted or added.
This capability seems to have vanished from 2.0
Am I right or am I wrong? :confused:
If I'm right, is this invaluable feature coming back in version 2?
